Spice up your rice with Organic Bone Broth!
A few herbs and bone broth are all you need to take plain white rice to a whole new level!
2 tablespoons butter
1 small chopped onion
1 1/2 cups Jasmine rice
2 1/2 cups Organic Chicken Bone Broth
1 smashed clove garlic
2 sprigs fresh thyme
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley leaves for garnish
salt and pepper
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and saute until tender.
Add the rice and stir until the rice is coated with the butter. Season with salt and pepper, to taste, and add bone broth. Add the garlic and sprigs of thyme. Cover with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes until rice is done. Remove the thyme. Fluff with a fork, add the parsley and serve.
