2 heaping tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons rice flour
2 cups Organic Beef or Chicken Bone Broth
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
salt/pepper to taste
Melt the butter in a pan over medium low heat, add the rice flour, and whisk together.
Add the bone broth and thyme and bring to a simmer whisking occasionally for about 3 minutes until mixture thickens.
