This Keto Creamy Prawn Curry is loaded with a delicious blend of fragrant spices. It’s dairy free, with a rich bone broth coconut sauce. 


3 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup Organic Chicken Bone Broth

3 cloves crushed garlic 

1 medium diced onion

1 teaspoon cinammon

1 teaspoon tumeric

½ teaspoon chili powder

½ teaspoon ground cardamom

½ teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1 cup coconut cream

1 pound large raw prawns

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro


Place a large saucepan over high heat and add the olive oil, garlic, onion and ginger. Saute for 5 minutes.

Add the spices and saute for approx 3 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the coconut cream and bone broth and bring to a simmer, then add prawns.

Simmer for 5-7 minutes, until the prawns are cooked through.

Remove from heat and serve.

Enjoy topped with the chopped cilantro and a side of cauliflower rice.
