Turmeric is popular worldwide because of it’s natural mood boosting and potent anti inflammatory properties.

Ingredients:

2 cups chicken bone broth
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon butter 
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
A squeeze of fresh lemon juice
A pinch of sea salt and pepper

Instructions:

Add broth to a small pot and bring to a simmer. 
Pour it into a blender and add all other ingredients. Blend until frothy then pour into your favorite mug and enjoy!
