Beef bone broth makes these easy oven baked meatballs extra flavorful and tender!

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk 
1 cup organic beef bone broth 
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 tsp oregano
1/4 cup chopped parsley

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine together all ingredients, only adding 1/4 of the beef bone broth. Mix well.
Coat a baking sheet with rimmed edges with non stick spray and roll meatballs into 1 inch balls. Place meatballs onto baking sheet.
Pour the rest of the 3/4 cup bone broth around meatballs and bake for 30 minutes uncovered. Serve over spaghetti with homemade sauce.
