Whip up this creamy and flavorful butter chicken in less than 20 minutes, all in one pan! 


1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 large diced onion 
1 teaspoon minced ginger 
3 crushed cloves garlic 
3 boneless chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon garam masala
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Fenugreek powder
salt and pepper 
3/4 cup plain yogurt 
2/3 cup Organic Chicken Bone Broth
cooked basmati rice or naan to serve with


Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add the oil, butter, and onions and cook until they are golden, about 3 minutes. Add ginger and garlic and let cook for 30 seconds while stirring constantly.
Add the chicken, tomato paste, and spices. Cook for 5-6 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Add the Organic Chicken Bone Broth and yogurt and simmer for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt
and pepper and serve over Basmati rice or with naan.
